Two-body cartridge filters

TREPOVI cartridge filters, made from GRP, are the best solution for demanding environments, such as industrial environments or desalination plants.

The filters are designed based on recognised standards (UNE 13121, ASME X, etc.) and comply with the European pressure equipment directive CE/97/23. They are supplied with an external layer of polyurethane paint for protection from UV radiation.

The two-body filters allow for the use of a replacement plate with the cartridges mounted, so that cartridges can be changed quickly.

Applications:

Seawater, process water, drinking water, desalination, etc.

  • Design pressure: 2.5, 4, 6, 8, 10 bar

  • Test pressure: 1.5 x design pressure

  • GRP flanges (fibreglass reinforced plastic), DIN 2501 FF

  • Chemical barrier: isophthalic resin

  • Mechanical reinforcement: orthophthalic resin

  • Environment temperature

  • Bottom inlet and top outlet

  • Stainless steel lifting lugs, AISI 304

  • GRP legs

  • GRP cartridge support plate, calculated for a maximum pressure difference of 1.5 bar

  • Stainless steel bolts, AISI 304. Super Duplex internal bolts

  • Flow calculations at 0.7 m3/h·10" cartridge

  • UNE 13121, CE 97/23 design standards/p>

  • Colours can be chosen according to the RAL chart

  • Polyurethane exterior paint (UV resistant)

The three-body filters enable you to change cartridges without having to dismantle pipes or use a crane.
