Fat separators

Operation: Through a suitable retention time the fats and oils are separated from the water by density diference. The water outlet is located in the intermediate part of the separator, thereby preventing the departure of accumulated fat in the upper part.

Applications: industrial kitchens, restaurants, hotels, food industry, …

Considerations:

• The waste water from kitchens must pass through the fats and oils separator before connecting with the sewage and be treated by the waste water station.
