Grey water | MBR | Reuse of water with membranes

Membrane bioreactors (MBR) are the best system for reusing grey water. The use of ultrafiltration membranes ensures good results and minimises problems occurring.

The use of external membrane modules with grey water allows for the height of the system to be minimised, permitting installation in locations such as hotels, communities, or sports facilities, where the height of the room is usually limited. We can also use submerged membranes when the equipment can be installed underground.

We adapt our equipment to our clients’ needs.

Equipment

  • Aerobic reactor for overground installation

  • Cross-flow external ultrafiltration membranes

  • Diffusors

  • Skid with membranes, blower, pumps, sensors, valves and control panel

  • Chlorination

  • Design basis: 190 mg BOD5/l, 190 mg SS/l

  • Resulting effluent according to RD 1620/2007

  • UNE 13121 design standard

  • Adjustable length and diameters to size

  • Designed to size, based on the client’s needs (volume, inlet contamination, effluent limit values, etc.)

  • Submersible membranes

  • UV disinfection

  • Buffer tank for regulating volume and concentration of pollutants at the inlet

  • Removable diffusers

  • Underground installation or vertical set up

  • Resin according to pH level, temperature, etc.

Containerised MBR for Wastewater | Ultrafiltration

Membrane bioreactors (MBR) are the best system for reusing wastewater. The use of ultrafiltration membranes ensures good results and minimises the occurrence of problems.

We can make containerised MBR systems, ready to use. Using submersible ultrafiltration membranes saves energy with satisfactory results. It is the ideal solution for water exportation, garden irrigation, agriculture, street cleaning or reusing in industrial environments.

We adapt our equipment to our clients’ needs.
